Temple: Lincoln Financial Field

Lincoln Financial Field has a really cool lay out. The stadium is set up for the Philadelphia Eagles, and the way the seats are arranged, it feels like you're right on top of the field. The way that all of the athletic facilities are all set up on their own side of town was cool from the perspective of someone on a stupid road trip to see everything. Unfortunately, it hasn't done a lot to help one of the losingest (not a real word) cities in the nation. The Temple Owls are not exempt from this. After Pop Warner stepped down from being the head coach in 1939, the Owls had only four (4) winning seasons in the next thirty (30) years. The Owls also almost tied their losing streak record in Two Thousand and Six (2006), losing twenty (20) straight. All of these numbers give a team the respect needed to enter the MAC in starting in 2007 for football only. Good luck against the likes of Eastern Michigan, you lovely creatures you.

First Game: v. Villanova, 2003 (a loss)
