Purdue: Ross-Ade Stadium

Ross Ade was a dump. That's all there is to it. I'm hesitant to even add to this, but Purdue deserves much more respect than Iowa, so we will press forward. To approach fairness, they are in the middle of a "multi-phase" renovation, but the place was kind of what you would expect from a school who's mascot is a "Boilermaker". They are also in the middle of putting a new video screen in the scoreboard. As a note of interest, Ross-Ade was the first field I've been to that is a future home of the All American Football League.

First Game: v. Indiana, 1924

Surface: Bermuda Grass
