Someone tell me how two Division I-A Football Programs end up no more than 15 minutes apart from each other. Ypsilanti is just down the street from Ann Arbor, so close in fact, that they are divided by the "Ypsi-Arbor Bowl" or something close to that. Eastern Michigan was the first "Directional Michigan" school that I was able to see. NCAA Football 2007 does the stadium no justice really, for whatever that's worth. Though the field and the track were really nice, the bathrooms were crap. Really crap. That's the first picture you'll see below. Other than that, the only cool lore about the stadium is that it was used by the Detroit Wheels of World Football League fame. The Detroit Wheels had some financial backing from Marvin Gaye making it possibly the coolest one-year franchise in the 1970s.
